Delete your Tend account

You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data yourself. This cannot be undone.

From the Tend mobile app

  1. Open Home.
  2. Scroll to Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and cloud data.
  4. Complete both confirmation prompts.

From the Tend website

  1. Sign in to Tend.
  2. Select your profile icon to open Account details.
  3. In the account dialog, choose Delete account and cloud data.
  4. Complete both confirmation prompts.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your Tend sign-in, home profile, maintenance tasks and history, assets, uploaded home records, active updating-calendar feed, active shared home-file snapshots, server entitlement, and the in-app feedback record stored with your account. When subscription services are active, Tend also requests deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer record. Support-inbox copies and related correspondence may remain for the limited period described in the Privacy Notice. A calendar app or another person may retain an event or file you previously exported or shared.

If you purchased a subscription through Apple or Google, deleting Tend does not cancel that app-store subscription. Cancel it separately in the store account used to purchase.

Guest data

Guest-mode information is stored only on your device or in your browser. Tend cannot remotely access or delete it. Delete individual content in Tend, clear Tend's app or site storage, or uninstall the app to remove it.
